Need Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

1 apple

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

4 slices bacon

1 pear

1/ 3 cup dried cranberries

½ cup fisher nuts pecan halves

For Dressing the Salad:

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

¼ cup milk

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Procedure:

Start making harvest cob salad with it dressing, get milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, poppy seed in a bowl and keep at one side.

Heat frying pan over medium heat and adds bacon cook it until brown. Transfer to a paper plate.

Place the eggs in fraying pan fill 1 inch water boil it for I minute, remove the eggs from heat and cover with tight fitting lid.

To assemble the salad place romaine lettuce in a bowl top arrange with rows of bacon, eggs, apple, goat cheese, pecans, pear and cranberries.

Serve your family with poppy dressing.

Grilled Chicken and Wheat Berry Salad:

Ingredients:

4 cups fresh water

1 bay leaf

1 cup winter drained wheat berries

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1 cup green apple strip

½ cup red ball paper

¼ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon black paper

4 boneless chicken breasts

¼ cup green onion chopped

Procedure:

Take water, winter wheat berries, bay leaf boil it on medium heat, drain it when cook and place in a bowl. Discard bay leaf and chopped spinach leave and add apple, Bell paper, mustard to the wheat berries and toss well.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper place it on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill it until chicken slice thinly cooked.

Divide remaining spinach in 4 plates place ¼ cup wheat mixture on top and then arrange chicken mixture. Sprinkle green onion on it for serving.

1 mango peeled

2 cups cooked quinoa

½ cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

Chopped mint leaves

For lemon vinaigrette:

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon lemon juice

Procedure:

To make the vinaigrette add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice in a bowl set aside. In a large bowl combine pine nuts, blueberries, mango, and quinoa. Stir the lemon vinaigrette in other mixture serve after mint leaves garnished.

Ingredients:

2 kg potato and cut into biggish chunks

1 teaspoon olive oil

For Garnishing:

4 potato cut into slice

5 teaspoon sherry vinegar

2 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

Toss the potato chunks with olive oil cook it until golden. Cool at room temperature. When become cool together the dressing ingredients and toss on the potato chunks avoid your hands for breaking them.

4 cups of iceberg cut into pieces

1/8 cup fresh mint

2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped

1 cup dried cherries

12 pineapples

8 oz chili Caribbean dressing

4 cups romaine lettuce

3 cups Napa cabbage

1 cups mandarin oranges

1/8 cup red bell pepper

1/8 green onion

½ tbs sesame seeds

4 chicken boneless breasts

Toss lettuce, oranges, mint, and cabbage in a bowl for dressing.

½ head romaine

½ head radicchio

½ head Boston Bibb

½ head escarole

1 red onion

¼ cup red wine vinegar

1 large tomato

½ cup olive oil

Salt and fresh ground paper

Procedure:

Cut all leaves into bite size and add in a bowl. Mix tomatoes and red onion also in it.

To make the vinaigrette add red wine vinegar, salt paper, olive oil and add in green salad taste other.
